The sixth edition of this pocket-sized resource for clinicians contains a new chapter on the safety and prevention of chemotherapy medication errors. Except for pain management and ethics, which are unchanged, the remaining chapters have been revised to reflect current information. Much of the volume features descriptions of chemotherapy medications (100 new ones have been added), with description of their pharmacokinetics, dose, administration, toxicity, storage and stability, preparation, incompatibilities, and selected bibliography.
